We have property offers on the island of Lombok in Indonesia on our page plus, Informations about property law, founding a company, general informations about Lombok and its future as a tourist spot.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Lombok is the island in the east of the better known Bali. We currently experience a property boom because Lomboks new international airport is already under construction and the EMAAR group from Dubai is investing 670 Mio US$ in south Lombok. New infrastructurein in preparation like new power-plants, better water supply, new roads, better telecomunication and fixed riverbeds.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
In 1998, a site for a PC leasing company.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Well, we offer property and informations about Lombok, so the name Lombok-property.info was only natural.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Simple: more complete and combined with a investment service portal that offers to handle the land aquisition and the founding process for your company or the construction of your house including all certificates needed.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I guess the property boom will last for quite some time and I intend to keep it until the business isnt good no more. I own some more Lombok Property Domains that are for sale.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Because the prices for big pieces of land are accordingly big the commission is a pretty good deal compared with the time I spend withm the website.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would let somebody else do the webprogramming...
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Any time.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
None so far.

To get the page listed well in the searchengines.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
SEO and Linkbuilding plus good and rich content.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Not at all, I am in the buisiness ever since it exists.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
the page is online since 2 months and we run it until the property boom is over I guess.
