If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
After years of different website designers and webmasters I have found a company (Flowtate Media)that knows what they are doing and I work with very well with them. I would hire them in a full time capacity to handle my demand and that's what we are work towards now.

What has been your biggest challenge?
Webmasters/web designers that don't understand the marketing needs and importance of SEO for my business. I can have the greatest looking site out there but if people can't find it so what. The cost of changing to new people to keep the site up and relevant content to marketing efforts is always a hard pill to swallow.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site has been up and running for 10 years and going to continue to it up and running.
