Sleeping with the Right Number of Hours

There are really people who are having some sleeping problems. I have a friend who sleeps only like three hours every night. This has become his routine and we, his friends, had been warning him that it is not actually good to his healthy. As it would weaken his immune system and in the end would make him more prone to infections and different illnesses. I always advise him to develop a good sleeping habits that will be at least 8-10 hours long. Or maybe he could try other remedies to cure his insomnia.
