Let's face it; you are overweight because you aren't active enough and are eating too much. This isn't difficult to figure out and this problem doesn't warrant the national complex it has become in the United States. There are other cultures around the globe that look at North America (Canada, you're included too) and think how people can live like we do, so grossly overweight. Your body is designed to move and if you aren't you're wasting what nature has given you. You're also demonstrating your willingness to blame something you are entirely responsible for on something else and if you're ready to do this then you shouldn't have kids as they'll inherit that frame of mind as well.
